District Implementation Technical Assistance

For multisite projects within a district or across a system or agency, CORE assigns a project lead to coordinate the services and work with central office and agency leadership. The District Implementation Advisor (DIA) provides the same services as in the Mathematics Site Implementation, but at the central office level to ensure consistency across a system. In addition, the DIA coordinates all other CORE consultants working with individual sites to ensure consistency, prepares district or agency monthly reports summarizing the work at sites, and facilitates cross-school data study and leadership instructional planning.

Participant Outcomes:

• Develop coordinated cross-site plans, including RtI plans.
• Improve observation and instructional monitoring.
• Facilitate development of a multisite math plan including assessments.
• Facilitate district and site leadership data study.
• Receive monthly site summary reports and project status reports.
• Facilitate selection and review of programs and materials across sites.
